Satay Beef and Vegetables


I'm all about big bold flavors on my food and I learned that you don't have to sacrifice the flavor to have a healthy-ish version of your favorite takeaway. I say this Beef Satay is a bit healthy because it doesn't have coconut milk on it and if you are calorie counting like me coconut milk is calorie consuming.
